Solvent InkApplication Overview
Pigment Violet 23 has good application properties in solvent-based ink systems and is widely used in packaging and industrial printing. Solvent Ink Processing
High-speed dispersion
Through the high-speed dispersing equipment, the pigment is mixed with solvent resin and solvent system initially, so that the pigment forms a uniform primary dispersion state in the organic solvent system.
Grinding and Dispersing
The pigment particles are further refined by sand mills or three-roller grinding equipment, so that the pigments form a stable and fine dispersion system in the solvent-based ink system, in order to improve the printing stability and color uniformity.
