Features
Red A3B-COPP is a semi-opaque anthraquinone pigment Red 177, a blue phase red pigment with good dispersibility and excellent fastness properties such as excellent weathering and lightfastness. It is also heat and solvent resistant. The coatings industry uses Red A3B-COPP mainly in combination with inorganic pigments, especially with molybdenum chrome red pigments. It also shows excellent heat stability in plastics. red A3B-COPP, when combined with molybdenum chrome red pigments, has better properties than other organic red pigments. Red A3B-COPP complies with the purity requirements of EU Directive 94/62/EC, the US CONEG Toxic Substances in Packaging Directive and EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS).
Application
Mainly recommended for automotive coatings (OEM and automotive refinish), decorative coatings (including color pastes), industrial coatings, powder coatings, coil coatings, plastics and masterbatches, specialty applications. Alkyd lacquers, baking lacquers, acid cured lacquers, amine cured lacquers, peroxide cured lacquers, isocyanate cured lacquers, nitro lacquers, waterborne lacquers.
